Refund Policy

At S.I. Hausmeisterservice, we are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to each client's needs. Since our work is customized and often begins with planning and scheduling, we apply the following refund terms:

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by the client:
    If a scheduled service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, no fees will be charged, and any prepayment (if made) will be fully refunded.
    If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply to cover preparation and time allocation.

  • Cancellation by S.I. Hausmeisterservice:
    If we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, any advance payment will be fully refunded, or the appointment will be rescheduled based on your preference.

 

2. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction or partial refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already rendered in full

  • Materials purchased specifically for your project

  • Delays or issues caused by client-provided conditions (e.g., access restrictions)

 

4. How to Request a Refund

Please send your request via our Contact Form or WhatsApp chat, including your name, service date, and a short description of the issue. We will review and respond promptly.
